Dreams

 by Stephen Tarsitano

Where do my dreams go at night

Why do I lose them in the daylight

Where do my dreams go at night

Will the return to me some time

Is there a library of my dreams

Are they stored alphabetically

A library of all my dreams

That float up chronologically

Where do my dreams go at night

Why do I lose them in the daylight

Where do my dreams go at night

Will the return to me some time

Is there a keeper of my dreams

Who rents them out occasionally

To those desperate dying, in need

He’ll give a glimpse of eternity

I hope my dreams will always come, come home x2

Where do my dreams go  why do I lose them

Where do my dreams float, please don’t abuse them

Now if you find a dream and it has no name

Will you find its owner or just dream the same

I hope my dreams will always come, come home x2

Rent them, save them, use them be them

Love them, feed them, breathe them, need them

Horde them, more them, clothe them, score them

Scream them, dream them, eat them, be them

Where do my dreams go at night

Why do I lose them in the daylight

Where do my dreams go at night

Will the return to me some time
